1. Are you a manufacturer or trade company?
We are a manufacturer located in Guangdong, China. Factory visits or live video tours are welcome. We focus on aroma diffusers, essential oils, and OEM/ODM services.

2. Can I customize the machine with my logo?
Yes. For orders over 200 units per model, we can print or stick your logo. Please provide the logo in AI/CDR format.

3. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, sample orders are available for evaluation and testing.

4. What is your MOQ and wholesale price?
MOQ depends on the model, starting from 1–50 units for testing. Wholesale price varies based on model, features, and order quantity. Contact us for a detailed quotation.

5. What’s the production lead time?
3–5 days for samples; 7–35 days for bulk orders, depending on order size and customization.

6. Do you offer OEM/ODM service?
Yes. With 9+ years of experience in product structure and design, we can support OEM/ODM projects. Samples will be provided for approval before mass production.

7. How do you ensure product quality?
We apply strict quality control (IQC–FQC). Every product is 100% fully inspected before shipment.

8. What is the warranty period?
12 months for machines and standard accessories, starting from the shipping date.

9. What are your payment terms?
Normally 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For small orders, we also accept Alibaba Trade Assurance, PayPal, and credit card.

10. How do you ship the products?
We offer DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Aramex, air freight, and sea freight.
